Been smoking for about a two years and have learned so much from this forum.
Started cooking butts on a weber kettle, then got addicted to ribs.
I still have my Weber. Now have a Cook Chef Smoke Vault 24 and access to an old pull behind stick burning Oklahoma Joe for group cooks.
My main focus of the last year has been on group cooking for charity events. Been blessed and love giving back.
