Hello all, my name is Mike, I live in Clintwood Virginia.  I just recently started smoking myself and I love it.  I have a 250 gallon reverse flow smoker, can't wait to show you all pics.  I work in the coal industry, and as some of you may know, the coal industry is struggling right now that is part of the reason for me starting to learn the art of smoking meat.  I have helped a local man smoke meat for benefit work, but looking into starting my own business for catering work, you wouldn't believe how many people has called me wanting me to cook for them, but I want to make sure I have all the regulations in order before I start that process.  Anyway I look forward to learning from this site and I will be reading on.
