My name is Bruce Peyton.  I live in Gillette Wyoming.  I have been smoking meat for a few years.  I currently have a Brinkman Smoke n Grill gas water smoker, a Weber kettle with a smokenator, an old 1950 refrigerator that that I made into a smoker and a Yoder ys640 pellet smoker.  I also have an offset smoker that is under construction.  I must be nuts but I don't think you can have to many smokers. Sometimes you just feel like cooking the meat a different way than you did last time.  I've been doing this for a few years but I am learning all the time.  I love it!
