Hello all!
Been enjoying the forums for some time now and figured I would join to contribute where I could.
I have been filling up the wife's patio with my collection of smokers over the years! I have a CharGriller w/side firebox, a charbroil electric vertical, a GMG Davy Crockett pellet, and currently building a custom low temp electric smoker (for fish and sausage) out of a working AltoShaam Warming/Holding Cabinet that I picked up cheap.
So much great information here!
