Brand New to Smoking but always been fascinated by the process and the results!  My wife got me an Oklahoma Joe Reverse Flow for my 30th to replace our old and broken gas grill.  I had lived in Texas for the past 4 years so my tastebuds have seen what great BBQ is!  Can't wait to figure this out and try and make my own.
