Hello from Wisconsin!

Hi Guys and Girls.  How are you doing?  I am freezing my butt off here in Wisconsin.  My name is Josh and I want to get into bbqing.  I have always had a love for bbq but never had made it at home.

I know you guys can help me find the right smoker/grill for me to get started.  I am looking for one that I can do baby backs on and also make some jerky.  I would like to use charcoal and wood if possible.

Anyone know of a bbq store in southern Wisconsin?  It seems we are severely lacking bbq places in Wisconsin.
