New to the site and relatively new to smoking meats.

My setup is a charcoal Weber kettle grill and so far I have smoked 3 pork butts and 2 Turkeys with great success. Wishing to learn more about the art and looking to try some new things.

I'm at the point where I will look around the site for advice on upgrading my cooking rig and also see if anyone has done anything with jerk chicken recipes since this is my next goal.

Thanks for having me!
