Hello whats up I am new to the smoking. But I am here to learn I have had a smoker for 3 months and pretty much self taught. Everything has turned out great. I found this sit looking for a smoked turkey recipe. Found a few that sound great I usually find a few and mix and match ingredients and techniques. Just wondering if anyone here can point me in a good direction on smoking a turkey. I have done lots of chickens ribs and roast. Now I want to make every one at Thanksgiving wanting more!!! Thanks again for any help!!!!
