Hello to all and happy memorial day weekend!
I bought a Bradley smoker on Monday, and have been on this forum looking for info ever since! My wife smoked a meatloaf using the info she found here on Tuesday and I can honestly say that we are hooked! I look forward to being a part of this community :yahoo:

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. Congrats on the new Bradley. Smoked Meatloaf is great and the only way I'll eat meatloaf now is if it's smoked. Have fun and happy smoking

Drpierre, morning and welcome to the forum..... Glad you joined.... This forum will become addicting with all the great, time tested recipes others have shared here....  Take lots of pics of your Q's, to share, so others can learn from you also...  Enjoy the long smokey ride...  Dave

Thanks for all the welcomes! I signed up for the ecourse yesterday and am already going through it. And I agree, the only way to eat meatloaf is smoked! The wife smoked salmon a couple days ago, but left it a little too long so it was a little dry, but it was a good learning experience. Last night we smoked cheese sausage dogs and even they were amazing! I think it's safe to say that we are definitely hooked! The Bradley is nice with the self feed system. I ran it on high last night, and it only reached 225 degrees. It's supposed to reach 320, and after reading on here I see I need to get a good thermometer to check the accuracy of the built in thermometer. This is one of the best forums I have seen in a long time :)

Welcome to a life long addiction and a new wardrobe!
