Hello from Washington state!

Hi, I am new to this forum. I currently have an MES. I like to smoke all kinds of meats and I have recently started doing sausages (lots of learning to do). I recently just acquired an old fridge that I will be converting into an electric smoker with an external smoke generator. I look forward to reading all the different threads here and learning from all the members.

You've found a great place to share ideas on all things smoked, cured, grilled, etc. There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another. Yes, I use to get a lot of smelt out of the cowlitz river. A lot of fun!
