Hello, this is a great site. I have never smoked before but just got a 1954 upright Freezer which I plan on turning into a smoker. I've already searched the forums and learned alot. Be Good!

make sure that fridge is safe. i know there are some things you should remove before using it as a smoker. Read it somewhere.
