A friend of mine told me about this site. I just got my first smoker Nov. 2012, a Lil Tex Elite Traeger. Definitely hooked on smoking. Did two Spatchcock Turkeys for thanksgiving tailgate at Apple Cup they turned out great very moist and awesome flavor. Looking forward to reading up on others tips and recipes.
