Hello everyone! My name is Snowball. Sounds like a good name for someone who lives in Snow for half the year. I have been around here for a while but have not up to this point and time posted on Roll Call. I am a retired draftsman, having spent the majority of my working career employed by our Municipal Government in the City Engineer's Office. I enjoy fishing, camping, photography and of course Retirement.
Early this year I purchased a Smoke Hollow Propane Smoker. It has been washed out and awaiting seasoning. We have been getting a good amount of rain lately and that is holding up the seasoning. I ordered and received Jeff's rub and BBQ recipes, have read but not memorized the 5-day Smoking course.
The SMF looks like a great place to be, lots of friendly people who freely share information.
Looking forward to getting the Smoke Hollow going and sharing info and q-view with you all.
