Hello all,

I am from the United Kingdom, and I am 18yrs. I use a webber smokey mountain, and I made a smoker from a old whiskey/wine barrel for a school project. If anyone is interested in making their own let me know.

Decided to join to learn new recipes and more effect ways of cookings.
