Hi All,
I've been lurking on the forums for a while now and recently got the chance to pick up a new ecb for a good price. Never smoked before but plenty of grilling sessions under my belt. I'm finishing work in about 3 hours and then it's home to try a first smoke with some whole chickens. Looking forward to some great results thanks to the tips I've picked up from you guys & gals here. Hopefully this is just the beginning..... Phil.
