Got me a Camp Chef 24" propane smoker a couple of weeks ago and have started my journey.  Had a regular real wood smoker but only tried it 3 times due to the excessive amount of work.  Went with propane so I would actually get out and smoke something.  I have tried chicken (kinda of flavorless) and a brisket (slightly dry but very good flavor).  Looking to learn as much as I can so I can make the best cue around.

Welcome to SMF - be sure to take the 5 day course and search the threads for your smoker in particular for specific help on how to use it
