Boatman here from the overtaxed state of NY. Been using a big green egg to smoke things since 2007 and have stopped here a few times. Retired so I have time to do things I like. I make my own sausage and have tried cold smoking with a cabinet I made, just cheese. Small aquaponics garden keeps me aggrivated but I haven't killed too many fish, yet. Look forward to sharing ideas and recipes with the good folks here. Carry on.
