Hello from the great Northwest!!!!

Hello my name is Dan I live in Poulsbo,Wa just west of Seattle. I have been smoking for the past 13 years. Started on a brinkman then got a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker. I have recently just purchased a masterbuilt 30" electric smoker mainly for sausage and jersey. I like to smoke pork butt and ribs. Started perfecting my brisket as well. I was excited to find your forum and look forward to learning a lot from all the great smokers out there. So a big hi to you all!!!
