So , I am new to this posting thing , so some quick things about me .

I am not a novice , by any means , but consider myself a student of smokeology  , as I am always willing to learn something new, whether it be prepping my meat and fish a different way , or by using fresh non comercial wood .

Recently , my wife decided that it was time to move me out of my Wood Burning smoker and into a Gas smoker , since she really liked what I was smoking with the exception of it being very limited amounts of smoked goods . I kept telling her that with 2 smoking racks I was limiting myself to what I could smoke . Well I guess my love for my wife payed off 2 fold . First of all she and my kids bought me a Master Built Gas Smoker for Christmas this year , and she has been very open minded that I have pretty much smoked everyother day since I got my gift from  them , and second  she has been taking part of everything that I have smoked to work for her counterparts to try , needless to say I apparently have a following now . I am glad to be able to foster new fresh minds to the world of smokeology .

I am always open to new and cutting edge ideas , so please keep sending those ideas my way .

Regards,
