Hubby and I have smoked a bit in the past and have just purchased a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I'm almost sorry about that from some of the posts that I've seen but what the heck, let's get smoking! We've never made sausage and are anxious to try. Meanwhile, I just happen to have about 7.5#'s of pork sirloin tip roast, I saw the CB recipe and am thinking we might have to try that! What do you think, will this cut be okay?
