Hi everybody, my name is Phillip. I just joined today and looking to learn all I can about smoking. I'm from South Texas, Victoria to be exact. I'm a beginner when it comes to smoking meat, but I love doin it. Been doin it for a few months and so far I've only done pork ribs. I just got an early Father's Day gift, an Oklahoma Joe Highland and looking forward to gettin it going and learning as I go from you guys. Really excited!
