Hello From Texas

    Just got here so they are having me say hello. So Hello!

    I am a chef in South Texas and I run a BBQ business and teach Culinary Arts. I have smoked sausage most my life I guess and now I teach it to my Culinary students every year. I am still learning plenty all the time and figured this forum would be a great place to get some help.
