Hello from the Great State of Texas! Some of my favorite childhood memories come from growing up in the piney woods and fishing and hunting there.  My best friend's brother had a small smokehouse on his property and depending on the season there was always wild game being smoked.  The taste of duck jerky that had been smoked for days is something I will never forget.  I don't have the room to build a smokehouse or I would so the next best thing is to get a smoker and get cracking with you guys' help.  I need suggestions on a good entry level propane smoker and any advice will be greatly appreciated.  I'm excited to be getting into smoking and see it as a hobby that will help relieve job related stress.
