I bought the rub and sauce but I still get ad-happy everything.... okay, rant done. I have a propane can smoker and an offset smoker. Winter is cold here so having both is a nice option. I am going to start the process of learning cold smoking and butchering and look forward getting digitally slapped for having miss information!

Hi Aaron and welcome to the group!  This is a good place to share ideas on all things smoked, grilled, cured, etc.  Lots of friendly and knowledgeable members who genuinely enjoy helping out.  Just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.

Thanks everyone! I am doing some little fatties tomorrow. The temps will be -11 with wind so we will see how my propane can will work. The offset is not very efficient in the cold. I will post some pics as I go!
