Found the site. It looks pretty informative. I've been smokin meat for quite a few years but there's always something new to learn.
I do most of my smoking on the Caja China roasting box. I use a Smoke Pistol to introduce the smoke to the box. And just started using the Apple "I Grill" device and application to track both box and food temperatures.
Most recently I trailered by box up to the family reunion in W. Virginia and did a pig for the occasion. It came out great. I sure enjoyed cooking for the clan.
Anyway, looking forward to swapping rubs and receipes.
Oh yea, I' m a boat Captain and Commercial Crabber when not coking. :yahoo:
