Hi all,
My name is Shane and I live in the Bay Area right outside of San Jose California.
I stumbled on this site looking for info on how to fix and mod my char griller for heat loss.
I am glad I did cause there is a bunch of awesome info on here. I have been barbecuing for most of my life and smoking meat about half of those. I started with a brinkmann stand up smoker, bought a weber performer and now also have a char griller. I love smoking meats and everything in between. I have never modified any of my grills but if Ivan make them work better its worth a try.
