Hi all,
It's nice to be here - seems like a very well informed and active forum.
I'd call myself an intermediate level smoker - I've done enough and had good success to feel confidant, but I know I have a lot of room to learn and grow.
I started with a second hand Brinkman Charcoal smoker that was on it's last legs, and I replaced it with a Brinkman Electric - I've had it for a few years now. It works fine and I've made some really good food on it, but I'm looking to upgrade to a cabinet style smoker. I'd like something that offers a bit more temperature control and might open up the possibility for cold smoking. In fact, it was researching this that brought me to the site in the first place.
I'm looking forward to going through the old posts and picking the community's collective brain on future smoking projects.
Thanks,
Justin
