Hello from South Texas

How is it going folks? I'm from beautiful Rockport Texas. I have done some smoking from an electric my parents got a while back. It was lost in Hurricane Harvey. I got a Pit Boss 340, and am currently trying a salmon. So far I feel good about it. Hope to learn some good tips and tricks, seems lots of y'all have great experience. Happy smoking folks.
