Hello from slower lower Delaware

I'm not new to smoking meats, but new to this forum. My smokers include
2 mes 40", a swm 22" , a Weber performer, and my crown jewel a meadow creek ts120 with a bbq 42.

We out have outgrown our current one and have just started an addition, so people can fit on it.
