hello from SC

hey everyone, my name is Keith and i live in upstate SC. i moved here from ohio 4 yrs ago when my son was accepted to college  here. the weather and bbq are better here. i am new to the smoking scene but am willing to learn and i am looking to buy my first smoker. deciding on either a traeger pellet or a masterbuilt electric. i wll also mention i am a SCBA judge as well and enjoy competition bbq, i do have a question on a pellet grill i seen at academy sports and outdoors hope someone can answer. you have a great website esp. for newbie like me, great to be part of it.
