Hello from Saskatchewan

Hello I'am from Saskatchewan,I have a cheap offset smoker a the moment,that got modified a bit from all the info.recieved from this forum,my name is Stewart (Stewy) I retired 6 yrs. ago from the railway & plan on smoking as much as possible,I guess the saying that we get old to fast & smart to late applies to me as this is my first year smoking.
