hello from S.E. Michigan

Like the title says, I'm from south east Michigan. (Detroit Metro Airport area). I've been lurking on this sits for a little while now and thought it was about time to join in.
Currently I am using a masterbuilt xl. Still need to do a needle valve mod.

I got rid of the stock chip pan and replaced it.

Originally I got into this hobby to turn some venison into snack sticks. Besides that I think j started out kinda backwards from what I have read. For my first official smoke I did a whole brisket for my F.I.L. I must say I was a little nervous but it turned out pretty good. I just tried to put up a q-view but it didn't work this time. Sorry
