Hello to all, I have been reading many threads throughout this forum as of late and finally decided to join.  Everyone has great ideas and I think its wonderful that everyone is so willing to share.  Anyways I am in the middle of a smoker build that has been on the back burner for awhile now and I'm all fired up to get it finished, and thats what brought me here.  It is a vertical insulated wood cabinet lined with aluminum, it will have a propane burner and some sort of amazen smoker. Thanks Adam

Glad you joined us Adam! :welcome1:
I have a homemade set up like you are looking to build. I use a AMNPS5X8 for smoke and have propane for heat that is thermostatically controlled and electronic pilot light.
