Hey there! My name is Steven and I live in Riverton, Utah.  I was directed to the forums by a good friend of mine and I wanted to stop in and introduce myself.  I have been a BBQ and Smoking fanatic for years now, though I just bought my smoker two years ago and have only been using it on weekends, I am making an effort to try and use it more often again!

The smoker that I use is a Brinkmann Smoke N' Pit Charcoal Grill and Smoker, and I think it is a great starting smoker for those of you who are wanting to get into it.  Ever since I was 12 years old my father would let me start manning the grill, and now at every family party I am the only person who touches it, with my 12 years experience grilling at family parties and get togethers my love for grilling and smoking has only grown, I am planning on posting some of the smokes I am doing this week and next week!

I look forward to meeting you all!

Sincerely,

Steven
