Hi everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I was born and raised in Portland, OR. I recently got married and some good friends bought me a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I have barbecued all of my life with my family but am new to smoking. I have enjoyed the MES so far. It is very easy to use and simple to maintain. I have smoked a few chickens and some pork loin. Next up I want to try some pork shoulder and ribs.

Anyways, I'm very excited to be on the forums. I look forward to chatting with you all.
