My name is Bryan, I'm fairly new to smoking meat.  I have a Master Forge Double Door propane smoker.  I'm loving this thing!  It's good to be on here, a very close friend of mine (Steve) who is also on here directed me to this site.  Excellent site if I do say so myself.  Look forward to interacting with others on here.
