Hello from Plant City, FL

Hello,

I am not new to BBQ. It all started when i was a kid, helping my dad smoke that thanksgiving turkey on a little charcoal water smoker.(as every boy should!) Amazing how things have changed! On my own i started on an electric water smoker. Just like dads! but electric. Later, i got serious and moved onto a WSM. Then before i knew it, i had 2 WSM's! My BBQ soared to new heights! Then, I made what ultimately turned out to be a bad choice, I got a Pellet grill. At first it was great. The ease of use is what was great. I would say a pellet cooker is like sonnys bbq. its good but it aint great. NO offense to all the pellet heads out there.

However, i decided i was done playing with the pellet cooker and it was time to get serious again. Back to what i know and love! Back to real BBQ. So, I sold my pellet grill and Friday I am going to Georgia to pick up my new Lang 36 Hybrid!! I cant wait!
