Hello from Pittsburgh

 I've been coming to the sight for a few years picking up a lot of excellent ideas and figured it was time to come out of the shadows and join so I could say 'hello' and especially 'Thanks!'   I've been smoking for about 15 years, more or less.  Started on an old charcoal contraption that finally rusted out, then moved to a Big Chief for cold smoking and an MES for everything else.  With the weather warming up the cold smoke season is over and I'm lookin forward to another great summer experimenting with new ideas I pick up here.

Yeah, the sunshine is so much nicer than the shadows... Well, maybe not in the middle of summer.
Grab a cold, grab some shade and watch the smoker do it's thing.
