Hi Everyone. I have been doing a lot of research online for a charcoal grill/smoker combo and came across some of your members that have made some very impressive suggestions and threads that I have enjoyed reading. I'm somewhat new to the art of smoking. My brother and I have roasted 5-6 pigs for an annual party in my past and I have smoked the basics in a Pro Q vertical smoker. I just sold the smoker and my gas grill to make room for a Medow Creek P36. I have thought about the Hasty Bake, but I don't think it is made as well. I will take any one advice on the matter and appreciate any advice. I think I have been loosing sleep over the issue or it might just be the excitement of the Q.
