Hello All! I am Kathi from Pleasant Gap PA. Got hooked watching BBQ Pitmasters the other day and decided to order an electric smoker from QVC. Should be here this week and also ordered Jeff's book to figure it all out. This forum is great and I am learning quite a bit. My friend has a smoker and swears by it. I am looking forward to trying some of the recipes posted :grilling_smilie: they sound so good. There aren't many good BBQ places in this area, so I figured to diy :yahoo: Thanks!

Holly Hill then Stonybrook.. We vacationed at Raystown Lake for years then had a chance to move for work so took the chance for fresh air and less traffic. No regrets!
