Hello everyone my name is Adam and I have been lurking here in the shadows since I got my Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker last October.  Thanks to all of you I have gotten pretty good at smoking from trying everything from pork shoulders, ribs, chicken, fatties, and now this weekend I am going to smoke a beer can turkey.

I know a lot of you rave about the bacon wrapped fatties but to be honest it was just ok.  Maybe I did something wrong or maybe its a southern thing lol  The rest of the family was just ok with it too.  What I do know is they look really pretty wrapped in the bacon weave!  I would have to say my pork ribs I have down to a science now using the 3-2-1 process.

Anyways I have rambled enough and I just wanted to thank everyone here for sharing your secrets.

Adam
