Thanks Voyager Do you do any curing? I ordered off of The Yes Group once but they've closed. Where do you get you supplies or do you know where I can get supplies especially Starter Culture There is NO ONE here in Ottawa that carry it and, well nothing-lol

Amazon carries cure but that's my limit in smoked sausage and jerky
