I have been on the site many times.  Just now introducing myself.  Any how I am almost finished with my smoker build, from a food warmer. pics to come.

I sure miss the forests of Oregon.....not many in the Phoenix Valley.   I dream of manning a smoker in the woods and fly fishing during temperature checks of the smoker.  Lived in Hillsboro for 10 years.
