Hello from Ontario

Fairly new to smoking but have decided to dive in head first.
It all started with a love for Montreal Smoked Meat and an 80 mile drive to the closest good Jewish Deli.
Since i have made a msm brisket and most recently a Texas brisket.
Next is designing the propane tank offset wood fired smoker.

My Canadian friend gets his Montreal smoked meat from Lester’s & has it shipped down here to Florida. They have some outrageous steak seasoning too. He always gives me a couple of packages of both when he get’s his.

Nice. Lester's is what many of the deli's sell. Have you ever tried making your own? It is a piece of heaven.

No I have not, but I do make pastrami quite often & always give my friend a big stash.
