Hello from Northern Ontario Canada. I have lurked the forum as a guest for a long time and I have been the beneficiary of much of the advice shared. I have owned a Bradley smoker for the better part of 10 years, and have just begun a conversion of a warming cabinet. Currently I am wiring a PID to the dual elements, and should be smoking by end of next week.
