Hello from Northern Virginia

Hello to the SMF. I am new to this forum, but not to grilling or use a charcoal grill. I have been using a gas grill for the past 15 to 20 years. I watched my dad use his Weber charcoal grill while I was growing up so I know how to grill. My second gas grill died last fall so after looking at various options I have decided to purchase a ceramic grill and start smoking various meats since I really like smoked meats especially BBQ pulled pork. I have already gotten some tips from reading through various forums. Once I have gotten more of the hang of a ceramic grill, I will post some pictures. Great to be here & Hello to all.
