Hello from Northern Utah

Just a brand new smoker here.  Just purchased a Tejas 1628CC Deluxe from a friend and am starting to plan what I'm going to do to start.  I'm looking forward to spending some time learning "hands on" and from this blog and website.  Thanks!!
