I just ordered my WSM Thursday, and it should be here on Tues!

I'm stoked about getting into "Q!" I'm originally from KC and just moved here a little over a year ago, and have family in Texas, so with the exception fo Memphis, I've got quite a bit of Barbeque in my blood!

However, I'm a complete and utter Newbie to actually making it myself. I'm nervous and excited all at the same time. Does anyone know of any good supply place here in the Greensboro area? I will be needing some wood, etc here very quickly!!

Welcome to the forum. I get my wood in chunks at Home Depot. 18 # bag of mesquite or hickory in the bbq aisle, if it's still there. Good smokes!!
