Hello from North Carolina

My wife Lisa have recently moved to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina from Ohio. We have a Bradley digital 4 rack and a Master Forge electric so far. Soon we will be adding a fire and smoke unit. We are deciding on which one. We smoke red meat,poultry, fish,and about anything we can think of. Being in trout and in BBQ territory we sew in heaven.Next upcoming project will be bacon and jerky.I have not done either yet. We buy bulk spice and enjoy making our own rubs.
