Hello from new member

Just found this great site and forum. I am fairly new to smoking, and learning as much as I can. I have a bullet smoker as well as a new Masterbuilt Electric smoker. I caught the smoking bug after moving to the south from CA, and recently became a certified KCBS BBQ judge, and even judged my first contest recently!

Looking forward to continued learning and trying new things.:grilling_smilie:
